Hi,
I have read numerous articles as to before 2002 that Special Court martial's were considered misdemeanors because the max punishment was only 6 months. I will be applying for numerous government jobs after my retirement, will this conviction show up?Should I hire a lawyer and try to have this removed after 12 years?
