1: All Survey Corps recruits will be ranked as a Private upon enlistment. As the group progresses there will be opportunities to climb through the ranks of the Survey Corps.
2: Promotions will be given based upon medals granted throughout the course of your battles and assigned missions. There are two types of medals: Individual Performance and Squad Collaboration Performance.
3: Different Medals will have different values based upon the difficulty of its acquisition. Efficiency Value refers to Individual Performance Medals. Leadership Value refers to Squad Collaboration Performance Medals. Each rank will require a fixed number of Efficiency and Leadership Value points to earn a promotion.
4: Promotions will grant soldiers with a selection of different rewards such as upgrades to their Three Dimensional Manuever Gear, artillery support, NPC squad members, increased squad allowance and more. However you may only select one bonus per rank and cannot change it so choose wisely.
